Introduction Activity
1. Create the Atmosphere
- Dim the lights slightly and play soft, inspirational music that invokes a sense of adventure. This sets a tone of excitement and curiosity.
2. Present the Challenge
- Gather the students in a circle and hold up a plain piece of paper.
- "Today, we’re going to explore Force and Motion in a very exciting way! You’ll become engineers and scientists in just a few minutes.
- Each of you will have the chance to create your very own paper airplane. But here’s the twist: you’ll compete in the Ultimate Paper Airplane Challenge to see whose design can fly the farthest!"

3. Introduce the Concept of Force and Motion
- Before starting, ask the students:
- "What makes something fly?"
- "What forces do you think are acting on your airplane when it is in the air?"
- Capture their responses on the board: gravity, lift, thrust, and drag.
