🌈 Introduction to Colors 🌈
Good morning, little artists! Today, we are going to dive into a magical world full of colors! Before we start, let’s have a little fun. I want you all to close your eyes and imagine you’re in a garden filled with flowers of every color you can think of. Can you see a bright pink rose? How about a sunny yellow daffodil? Maybe a deep blue butterfly fluttering by?
Now, let's open our eyes!
Look Around: I want everyone to take a moment and look around the classroom. Can you find something that is red? How about something orange? Let's see how many colors we can find in just a minute!
Shout Out Colors: When you see a color, raise your hand and shout it out! I’ll write it on the board for us to see.
Collect Colors: If you have any colored crayons or markers at your tables, let’s gather them together. Look at all these beautiful colors!
Now that we’ve warmed up with our Color Hunt, it’s time to get creative! In a moment, I’ll give everyone a piece of paper and some crayons. We will draw our very own colorful garden. Don’t forget to use as many colors as you can find! You can even create flowers, butterflies, or anything your imagination dreams up.
At the end of our lesson, we will share our artwork and see the wonderful rainbow of colors we've created together. Let’s let our imaginations run wild and celebrate the amazing world of colors!
