Welcome, students, to our lesson on narrative structures in English! We all love a good story – whether it’s in a book, movie, or even a TV show. But have you ever wondered what makes a story great? That’s where narrative structure comes in.
To start things off, I want you to imagine your own story. It can be anything – a tale of adventure, a mystery, a romance, or even a comedy. The only rule: it must have a beginning, middle, and end.
Once you’ve imagined your stories, we’ll break off into groups of 2-3 and share our narratives with each other. This is a great opportunity to practice your storytelling skills and to see just how important narrative structure is in creating a compelling story.
