2. Vocabulary Presentation (10 Minutes)

• Introduce vocabulary for family members using flashcards:

  • Mère (Mother)
  • Père (Father)
  • Frère (Brother)
  • Sœur (Sister)
  • Grand-mère (Grandmother)
  • Grand-père (Grandfather)

• Show each flashcard, say the word aloud, and have the students repeat after you. Foster engagement by asking them to act out some characteristics of each family member.
