After our story, let’s sing a fun song about the weather in January! It goes like this:
When it’s cold and snowy, we get to play!
Bundle up in jackets, let’s go out and sway!
January’s here, with snowflakes all around,
Let’s make some snowmen on winter's snowy ground!
Feel free to add your own lines and emotions as we sing!
Now that we’ve read, talked, and sung about January, it’s time to get creative! We will make our own snowy day scenes using paper, cotton balls (for snow), crayons, and markers.
