To kick off our science lesson on the works of water, let's gather around for a short story that will transport us to the magical world of water!
Title: "Where Does Water Go?"
Once upon a time, there was a sparkling stream named Wavy. Wavy loved to dance through the forest, zigzagging over rocks and under trees. But Wavy was curious—where does the water go when it disappears?
One sunny day, Wavy decided to find out! First, she flowed into a rushing river, which carried her all the way to the big blue ocean. There, Wavy met her friend Misty, a water droplet who loved to float up into the sky as clouds.
Misty showed Wavy how the sun warmed them up, making water evaporate and rise high. Then, together they transformed into little raindrops and fell back down to Earth, watering the flowers and filling the ponds!
As Wavy and Misty discovered more about their adventures, they realized that water was always moving—sometimes quietly, sometimes with a splash!
