Today, we are diving into the fascinating world of finance, the backbone that supports every successful business venture. But here's your challenge: Each of you will take on the role of an investor. Your mission? To assess and determine whether the pitches presented today are worth your hard-earned money.
Group Formation: Divide the class into small groups. Each group will receive a brief description of a fictional startup, including its business model, projected revenue, and financial needs.
Pitch Preparation: Each group will prepare a short “investment pitch” based on their assigned startup. They must identify key financial metrics (such as profit margin, return on investment, and break-even point) that would influence a potential investor's decision.
