Procedure
Introduction (5 minutes)
Greet the students and introduce yourself.
Discuss with them the theme of the lesson which is “Exploring Music”.
Ask if anyone has any prior experience or knowledge about music.
Demonstration of Musical Instruments (10 minutes)
Show the students different types of musical instruments such as tambourines, shakers, and xylophones.
Demonstrate how to use each instrument and allow the students to try them out.
Encourage the students to make different sounds using the instruments.
Introduction to Rhythm and Beat (5 minutes)
Explain that music has a rhythm and that it is important to keep a beat.
Demonstrate a simple beat for the students and ask them to try it with you.
Sing-a-long (5 minutes)
Choose a song that has a clear melody and rhythm.
Sing the song along with the students and encourage them to join in.
Use the rhythm instrument such as a drum or tambourine to keep the beat.
Introduction to Pitch (5 minutes)
Explain that music also has different pitches and that some sounds are higher or lower than others.
Demonstrate a high pitch and a low pitch using the xylophone or another instrument.

Give each student a piece of paper and a marker.
