What You Need:

• A mystery box (can be a simple cardboard box)
• A few fun objects that relate to a popular children's story (e.g., a toy pig for "The Three Little Pigs," a red riding hood for "Little Red Riding Hood," etc.)

What to Do:

1. Gather the Class: Have all the children sit in a circle around you.

2. Show the Mystery Box: Present the mystery box to the class. Tell them it holds special surprises related to stories!

3. Invite Curiosity: Ask the kids what they think could be inside the box. Encourage them to use their imagination and share their ideas!

4. Reveal the First Item: One by one, take out the objects from the box, showing them to the class. As you show each item, ask if anyone can guess which story it’s from.

5. Read Together: After revealing all the items, choose one of the stories to read aloud!
