Imagine entering a darkened room filled with mysterious symbols and ancient scrolls. As you gather, a flickering torch illuminates a giant, intricate number line stretching across the room. Today’s lesson is not just about solving equations or memorising formulas; it’s about embarking on an Enigmatic Number Quest!
As students enter the classroom, they are greeted by a large, mysterious package placed in the centre. The package is sealed with a riddle that reads:
"I am a number with no bounds,
In everything I'm found.
From circles to angles, I play my part,
Discover me, you’re very smart!”
Divide the students into small teams and provide them with clues hidden around the classroom related to mathematical concepts, such as circles, angles, and perhaps even famous numbers like π (pi) or e.
