Adventure Theme: The Number Garden

Imagine that we are going to visit a Number Garden where each flower represents a different number. In this garden, we will encounter numbers from 1 to 10 blooming brightly! As we walk through the garden, we will learn to recognize each number and count them together.

Activity: Counting Flowers

1. Gather Around: Let's form a circle and prepare to go on our adventure.

2. Visualize the Garden:

   • Close your eyes and picture a beautiful garden filled with colorful flowers.
   • Each flower has a different number on it, starting from 1 up to 10.

3. Flower Counting:

   • I will create a huge flower chart with numbers from 1 to 10 on it, and we will pretend to pick flowers.
   • As I point to each flower, you will help me count them out loud: "1, 2, 3... up to 10!"

4. Interactive Counting:

   • Each time we count a number, let's pretend to pick that flower and say something special about it.
   • For example, “This is the 1st flower; it’s red like a ladybug! Let’s count the next flower together!”
