Hello, young mathematicians! Today, we're going on a shape adventure. To start off, let's imagine we are explorers in a magical land filled with incredible shapes!

A Mysterious Shape Box

(Teacher’s Prop: A colourful box)

I have a special box here, and inside it are some mysterious shapes! Can you hear a sound coming from it? (Shake the box gently.) What do you think is inside?

Predict and Guess

Let’s play a little guessing game!

1. Questions to Ignite Curiosity:
   • What shapes do you think are hiding inside the box?
   • Do you think we will find a square? What about a circle or a triangle?

Shape Reveal Time!

Now, I'm going to take out the shapes one by one. As I pull out each shape, I want you to shout out what it is and do a little dance or movement that matches the shape. For example:

• When I show you a circle, you can roll like a wheel!
• When I show you a triangle, can you make a triangle with your arms?
