To start our journey, let's imagine a beautiful rainbow. Each colour of the rainbow represents a different emotion!

• Red: Anger – like when you feel really upset.
• Blue: Sadness – like when you feel a little down.
• Yellow: Happiness – like the sunshine that makes us smile!
• Green: Calmness – like a quiet moment in nature.
• Purple: Excitement – like when you're looking forward to something fun!

Could everyone close their eyes for a moment? Take a deep breath in... and let it out. 🌬️ Imagine that you are standing in front of a big, beautiful rainbow.

What colour do you see? What feeling does that colour bring you?

• If you see yellow, can you think of a time when you felt happy?
