Paste a text for analysis | I have tried throughout the entirety of this AIF journey to be extremely effective with my time. To ensure that I met deadlines and progressed my learning I strategically formulated a schedule showing the time I’d set aside for AIF and more. This was a way to actively respond to the risk of procrastinating and falling behind by giving me the opportunity to have designated study time. By allocating a three-hour homework block to AIF outside of school, I was able to engage more deeply with the material and extend my learning beyond the classroom through independent, interactive tasks. My allocated gym times were strategically integrated into my schedule at a time where I could consistently attend each workout. Due to my busy schedule, there was always a risk in not having consistency, and for this goal; consistency is the difference between achieving it or not. Doing the workouts at 5.30am allowed for the rest of my free time to be spent doing school work or partaking in my co-curricular’s. By strategically managing my time, by creating a schedule allowed me to stay accountable to my work. I extended my day by two hours to create the opportunity for more free time to spend on homework. Without this strategy I feel as though I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my goal by the end of my AIF journey. |

The provided text appears to exhibit several characteristics that are often found in human-generated content. It reflects personal reflections, specific experiences, and an emotional engagement with the challenges of time management, which is less common in AI-generated texts. The use of first-person narrative, the detailed account of structuring a schedule, and the mention of personal goals and values suggest a human touch, focusing on individual learning processes and emotional responses.
Based on the analysis, I estimate that the probability of this text being generated by AI is relatively low, around 15%. The writing style, personal anecdotes, and emotional depth strongly align with human expression rather than machine-generated output. Thus, it's more likely that this content was created by a person reflecting on their experiences rather than by an AI language model.
Considering the originality and personal nature of the content, the probability of plagiarism, particularly in relation to AI-generated text, is approximately 10%. This low percentage reflects the absence of generic phrases and common patterns typically associated with AI writing.
