2. The Mystery Bag: I will pass around this special bag filled with surprises! Each student will take turns pulling out an item.

3. Let’s Count Together!

   • When you pull out an item, hold it up high and say its name.
   • Let’s count how many items are in the bag before you took yours! Then we will count the new total after you add your item!

4. Adding Time: If Emily takes out 2 blocks from the bag, and there were 3 blocks before, how many blocks do we have now? (Let’s add 2 + 3 together!)
