What You Will Need:

• A small envelope (or a bag)
• Different food items (e.g. a piece of fruit, a small piece of chocolate, a lemon wedge, a pinch of salt, and a bit of sugar)
• A blindfold (or a scarf)

The Big Reveal!

To kick off our lesson, let’s start with a fun activity! I have prepared a special mystery envelope filled with different foods. But before we dive in, here’s what we will do:

1. Mystery Taste Test:
