Welcome, little explorers! Today, we are going to embark on an exciting journey through the world of Transport while diving into some fun Mathematics activities! Are you ready to hop on our magical maths bus? Let’s go!
To kick off our lesson, we will have a Transport Parade in the classroom! Here is how it works:
Bring Your Transport Toy: Everyone is invited to bring their favourite transport toy to class – it could be a car, a bus, a train, or even an airplane!
Show and Tell: Each of you will get a chance to introduce your transport toy to the class. While you show your toy, count the wheels (or wings) together. How many does your toy have?
Sort the Toys: Once everyone has shown their toys, let’s sort them into groups! Can we make groups of cars, aeroplanes, trains, and boats? We’ll count how many toys are in each group!

By the end of our Math on the Move lesson, we will:
Alright, grab your toys and let’s get this transport adventure rolling! Remember, Maths can be everywhere, even in the toys we love! 🚀🚲🚂
Enjoy your lesson and let the excitement of learning transport you to new mathematical adventures!
