Each child will receive a special “Number Explorer” badge. As Number Explorers, we will search for magical items in our classroom that match the numbers we learn today!

What You Will Do:

• Look Around: With your badge, you will find items in the classroom that represent numbers 0 to 10. For example:
  • 0: Can you find nothing? Look under your chair!
  • 1: How about one book on your desk?
  • 2: Find two crayons in your art box!

Sharing Time

After our treasure hunt, we will gather in a circle and share our discoveries! Each explorer will tell the class what items they found and how many of each!
