The Story: The Missing Treasure Map

Imagine you are a brave explorer in search of a hidden treasure. The treasure is buried deep in the Jungle of Numbers, but there's a catch! To find it, you need to solve various addition puzzles that will guide you through the jungle.

The Challenge

Each puzzle solved will reveal part of a treasure map. If you can complete the challenges, you will uncover the location of the treasure! Here's what you need to do:

1. Gather Your Supplies:

   • A piece of paper
   • A pencil
   • Your thinking cap!

2. Listen Carefully: I’ll read out a series of addition problems. Each correct answer will give you a piece of the treasure map (which I’ll hand out) that tells us where to go next.

3. Get Ready, Get Set, Add! Are you ready to solve the problems? Let's begin our adventure!

1. What is 7 + 5?

   • Solve this and get your first map piece!

2. How about 2 + 9?

   • Did you find the answer? Get ready for another clue!

3. Finally, can you solve 4 + 6?
