  1. Visualisation Exercise: Close your eyes and picture yourself in a shiny spaceship. Feel the vibrations as the engines roar to life. Count down with me from 10 to 1 as we prepare for liftoff:

  2. Sensory Experience: As we soar higher and higher, let’s think about what we might see outside our windows. Imagine:
