Procedure

2. Introduce the Story: Share a short, engaging story that contains several grammatical mistakes. For example, a story about a fun day at the park with a dog that has missing punctuation or incorrectly structured sentences.

3. The Role of a Detective: Tell the students that as Grammar Detectives, their job is to find the errors! Pass out the “magnifying glasses” and give them a few moments to read the story carefully.
