Hello, little artists! Welcome to your very first day of school! Today is special, just like each of you. We are going to discover the exciting world of art together. Art is all about expressing ourselves, using colors, shapes, and our amazing imaginations!
To kick off our adventure, we will make a colorful "All About Me" collage! Grab your crayons, markers, and stickers, because we are going to create something wonderful that reflects who you are!
Choose Your Paper: Pick a colored piece of paper as your background. This will be the canvas for showcasing the fabulous things that make you, you!
Draw Yourself: In the center, draw a picture of yourself. Remember, you can draw your favorite things, too, like a pet, a toy, or even your family!
Add Fun Decorations: Use stickers, cut-out pictures from magazines, and more to represent your hobbies, favorite colors, and any fun facts about yourself.
Share Your Creation: Once your collage is complete, we will have a “gallery walk” where we can share our artwork with our friends! This is a chance to tell everyone what makes you unique.
At the end of the day, we will gather and share our collages. Together, we will learn about each other and celebrate the wonderful colors of our friendship. Remember, art isn’t just about what you see – it’s about what you feel and how you connect with others!
