Can anyone tell me what factors affect our mental health? Good job. Stress, social media, relationship problems, bullying, and sleep deprivation are some of the most common factors. (Write them on the whiteboard)

To maintain good mental health, we can try different strategies. Are you guys ready? (Use projector and screen to display different strategies) Here are a few strategies that can help:

Card Activity (8 minutes)

Now it's time for a fun activity. I will give you all printable cards with space to fill out your personal strategies to maintain good mental health. You can write down the strategies that resonate with you the most. (Distribute the cards)

Random Card Checking (5 minutes)

Let's check some of your answers randomly. (Collect some cards and check them one by one) Good job, everyone.

I hope you all did your homework from the previous lesson. Please pass your papers to the front, and I will collect them and check them without asking for presentations.
