To maintain good mental health, we can try different strategies. Are you guys ready? (Use projector and screen to display different strategies) Here are a few strategies that can help:
Now it's time for a fun activity. I will give you all printable cards with space to fill out your personal strategies to maintain good mental health. You can write down the strategies that resonate with you the most. (Distribute the cards)
