Captain Giggles had a sparkly eye patch and a shiny treasure map. One sunny morning, he gathered his trusty crew (that’s you!) and sailed out on the blue sea in search of golden doubloons!

As I read, listen carefully for clues on where the treasure might be hidden.

Activity: Pirate Map Creation 🗺️

After the story, we’ll embark on our own treasure-map-making adventure!

Here’s what you will need:

• Construction paper
• Markers or crayons
• Stickers (pirates, treasure chests, etc.)
• A small box for our "treasure"

Instructions:

1. Imagine where you think the treasure is hidden. Is it on a sandy beach, in a tall mountain, or maybe even underwater?
2. Draw your map with landmarks that will help guide your crewmates to the treasure!
3. Once your map is complete, we’ll hide our treasure box and use our maps to find it together!

Conclusion: Pirate Chant & Reward 🌟

To end our adventure, we’ll gather in a circle again and chant our pirate chant together:

"Yo-ho-ho, and a bottle of fun!
We found our treasure, hooray, everyone!"

After the chant, everyone who participated will get a shiny pirate sticker as a reward for being brave pirates today!
