Once upon a time, in a land filled with colorful numbers and friendly shapes, there was a Number Kingdom. In this kingdom, the numbers loved to play games, help each other, and go on adventures.
Today, we’re going to meet some of these numbers! But wait, we can’t just meet them — we need to help them first!
Now, are you ready for some treasure hunting? Here’s what we are going to do:
Treasure Map Creation: Let’s create our own treasure map on the whiteboard. We’ll draw different places where numbers live (like the “Forest of Fives” and the “Lake of Threes”).
Find the Treasure: I’ll give you clues about the treasure hidden at each place, using exciting shapes and counting. For example, “If you can find 4 ducks in the Forest of Fives, you’ve found the golden 4!”
Count and Collect: When you find the treasure at each location, we’ll count your treasures together!
At the end of our math adventure, let’s gather in a circle. Each of you will share one number you discovered on our treasure hunt and a fun way to count it! Remember, in our Number Kingdom, everyone can be a hero by using their amazing counting skills.
