Exciting English Lesson: Exploring EKA Topics!

Objective

Today, we will embark on an imaginative journey as we explore EKA topics through creative storytelling. We will learn how to express our ideas and thoughts clearly while having fun!

Hook: "Picture This!"

Step 1: Visualize and Share

Begin the lesson by showing the students an intriguing and colorful image that relates to an EKA (Experiential Knowledge Acquisition) topic. For example, you might display a picture of a beautiful forest, bustling city, or mysterious ocean wave.

Step 2: Think-Pair-Share Activity

Think: Give students a minute to quietly observe the image and think about what they see.
Pair: Have them turn to a partner and share their thoughts. They can discuss:
- What feelings does this image evoke?
- What story could this image tell?
- Who or what do they imagine being a part of this scene?
