Imagine a friendly squirrel named Sammy. Sammy loves to play in the colorful leaves and collect acorns for winter. One day, while bouncing through the trees, he discovered a hidden treasure—a big, shiny paintbrush! With this magical brush, whatever Sammy painted in the air would come to life!

Activity 1: Nature Scavenger Hunt

Before we start painting, let’s go on a tiny adventure! 🌳

1. Search for Fall Treasures:

   • What to find: Look for items that represent fall: leaves (brown, orange, red), small twigs, acorns, or even pinecones.
   • Where: We'll walk outside in our fairy garden or around our playground area.

2. Collect Your Treasures:

   • Each of you will have a small basket. As you find something, say its name out loud! “This is a red leaf!”

Activity 2: Create Your Fall Masterpiece

Now that you have gathered your treasures, it’s time to be artists!

Materials Needed:

• Paper (preferably in autumn colors)
• Non-toxic paints (red, orange, yellow, brown)
• Paintbrushes
• Your collected fall items (leaves, twigs)

Instructions:

1. Painting with Leaves:

   • Dip your collected leaves into paint and stamp them onto your paper. This will create beautiful leaf prints!

2. Make a Sammy Squirrel:

   • Use your paintbrush to create a picture of Sammy using your imagination! What colors will Sammy be? What will he be holding in his paws?

3. Add Your Treasures:

   • Glue your twig or acorn onto your painting. Now Sammy has a friend to play with!
