Before we start our adventure, let's warm up our voices and bodies with a fun song! Everyone, stand up and get your arms ready for some actions! 🎶

Over the hills and far away.

But only four little ducks came back.

Explore the Number 5

Now that we are warmed up, let’s explore 5 in different ways!

Number Hunt

• Activity: Let’s go on a number hunt around our classroom! Look around and see if you can spot 5 objects. Maybe you will find 5 crayons, 5 books, or even 5 chairs.
• Objective: Count them together and make sure we say 5 loud and clear!

Craft Time: Make 5 Fingers

• Materials Needed: Paper, crayons, and scissors
• Instructions:
  1. Trace your hand on a piece of paper.
  2. Decorate it with your favourite colours.
  3. Once it's all decorated, let’s count the fingers together—how many do we have? That’s right! 5 Fingers!

Play Together

Number 5 Bingo

Let’s play a game of Number 5 Bingo! We will each have a bingo card with different pictures. Whenever I say something that relates to the number 5, you can mark it on your card.

• Examples:
  • 5 stars
  • 5 candies
  • 5 flowers

The first person to mark out a line shouts, “Bingo!” and will win a special sticker! 🌟
