Introduction to Music: Lesson Beginning
1. Musical Mystery Box
Objective:
To engage students' curiosity about music through a sensory exploration activity.

Prepare a "Mystery Box" filled with various musical instruments or items related to music (e.g., maracas, tambourines, a metronome, sheet music, a CD, etc.).
Instructions:
- Gather the students in a circle.

- Once they pull out an item, they must describe it to the class (what it is, what it looks like, etc.) without naming it.
- The class will guess what the item is based on the description.
- After revealing the item, briefly discuss its role in music and how it contributes to making sound.

Activity:
Play short clips of various sounds (e.g., nature sounds, instruments, vocal sounds) and ask students to identify the source of the sound.
