After our song, gather around in a circle and let’s talk about why washing our hands is so important! Here are some ideas to discuss:
To get rid of germs: Germs are tiny little creatures we can’t see, but they can make us sick. Washing our hands helps to wash them away!
To stay healthy: When we keep our hands clean, we help our bodies stay strong and safe!
Before and after eating: We want to clean our hands before we eat to keep our food safe, and we wash them after, too, so we don’t spread germs.
Now it’s time for some fun! Set up a Magic Hand-Washing Station!
