Our objective today is to focus on the topic of biographies in English language learning. We want to help students gain insights into the lives of famous individuals, and improve their communication skills while discussing and presenting biographical information.
Let's get started with a quick warm-up activity. We would like each student to introduce themselves and share a few sentences about someone they admire and why. Please include a name, occupation, and one or two qualities that makes them special.
Based on our warm-up activity, we can see that people from all walks of life have role models. Biographies can help us gain insights into those role models, and learn valuable life lessons through their experiences.
