Introduction (5 minutes)
- Begin with a warm-up question: “¿Qué significa la salud para ti?” (What does health mean to you?)
- Allow a few students to share their thoughts, encouraging them to use simple Spanish sentences.
- Introduce the topic of the lesson: "Salud".

- Write a short paragraph (5-6 sentences) in Spanish describing your personal health routine.

- ¿Cuál es tu opinión sobre la importancia del ejercicio? (What is your opinion about the importance of exercise?)
