Course Plan: Beginners American Sign Language
Introduction
Welcome to the Beginners American Sign Language (ASL) course! This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of American Sign Language, a visual language used by the Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities in the United States. Over the span of 30 lessons, students will learn essential signs, sentence structure, and cultural aspects of the Deaf community.
