Our goal today is to discover different colors and learn how they can be combined to create beautiful art. We’ll also learn that colors can express our feelings and ideas!

🎶 Icebreaker Activity: Musical Color Hunt

Let’s start with a fun activity! We will play a game called Musical Color Hunt. Here’s how it works:

  1. Gather Around: Everyone, come sit in a circle! 🌍
  2. The Color Song: I will play a happy song for us to dance to. 🎵 (Use any upbeat children’s song!)
  3. Stop the Music: When the music stops, I will call out a color.
  4. Find the Color: Your job is to find something in our room that matches that color! It could be a toy, a book, or even a piece of clothing!
  5. Share: When you find your color, show it to the group and tell us what you found!

🖌️ Transition to Art Exploration

After our Color Hunt, we’ll gather our favorite colors from the game. We’ll use these colors in our art project today! You will get to paint a Colorful Rainbow! 🌈
