Hello everyone! Today, we are going to embark on a fantastic health adventure. I want you all to get your imaginations ready because we will be exploring how to keep our bodies healthy and strong!
Let's start with a fun activity called the Healthy Treasure Hunt! But before we begin, I want you to close your eyes for a moment and imagine the perfect treasure. Is it buried treasure? Or maybe it's a magical item? Whatever it is, I want you to picture it vividly in your minds!
Now, I’ll hand out a special treasure map to each of you. On this map, there are various ‘healthy treasures’ you can find in our classroom. Each treasure will represent a way we can keep our bodies healthy.
Fruits and Vegetables 🌽🍎
Look for pictures of fruits and vegetables around the room! These are packed with vitamins that help us stay strong.
Exercise 🏃♂️🚴
Find items that remind you of exercise. Moving our bodies helps keep our hearts happy!
Sleep 💤
Search for pictures or objects that represent a good night's sleep. Rest is important for our brains and bodies!
Water 💧
Look for a bottle or image that represents drinking water. Staying hydrated is key to our health!
Once I say 'go', you will have 5 minutes to find as many healthy treasures as you can. When you find an item, come back to your spot and tell us briefly why that treasure helps keep us healthy.
After our treasure hunt, we will gather together and share what we found. Let’s talk about how each healthy treasure helps our bodies every day!
