- Write down their responses on the whiteboard.
Direct Instruction (10 minutes)
Nouns
- Definition: Explain that a noun is a person, place, thing, or idea.

- Collaboration: Allow students to work in pairs to discuss their choices.
- Once completed, review the answers as a class, asking for volunteers to explain their reasoning for each answer.

- Instruct them to include at least three nouns, two pronouns, and one pair of antonyms.

- Review completed worksheets and paragraphs for understanding and correct usage of nouns, pronouns, and antonyms.
