The "Mystery Shape" Challenge
Setting the Scene
Begin the lesson by dimming the lights and playing suspenseful, upbeat music in the background. Display a large, wrapped box at the front of the classroom, piquing students’ interest.
Engaging the Students
- Ask the Class: “What do you think is inside the box? Why do shapes matter in our daily lives?”
- Allow students to share their ideas and guesses, encouraging creativity and critical thinking.
