Imagine you are a detective, and your mission is to solve the case of the missing "sentence parts." Sentences are like clues that help us understand what’s happening in the story, and every detective knows that every clue has two important components: the subject and the predicate.
To kick things off, we’ll play a game called "Sentence Detective." Each of you will receive a card with a fun sentence written on it. Your task is to highlight the subject and underline the predicate on your card. Don't worry; I will explain what exactly the subject and predicate mean in a moment!
