- Shooting Technique: Explain the BEEF principle (Balance, Eyes, Elbow, Follow-through).
- Practice Shots: Allow students to take turns shooting from designated spots around the hoop.
4. Game Application (5 minutes)
- Small-Sided Games: Organise students into small teams (3 vs 3 or 4 vs 4) to play mini-games.
- Focus on Skills: Encourage students to use dribbling, passing, and shooting skills learned during the session.
- Rotation: Rotate teams regularly to provide various competitive experiences.
Conclusion (5 minutes)
- Cool Down: Lead a cool-down session with gentle stretching and deep breathing exercises.
