To kick off our lesson, we will have a little Body Party! 🎉 Here’s how we’ll start:
Get Up and Move!
Let’s stand up and shake our hands in the air! Can you wiggle your fingers? Great job! Now, let’s stomp our feet like a big elephant! 🐘
Follow the Leader!
I will be the “Body Leader.” I’ll show you some movements, and you copy me! Here are some fun movements to try:

After our Body Party, we will gather in a circle and sit down. Let's talk about all the wonderful parts of our bodies!
We will chat about our findings and use our fingers to point out our body parts while we name them together, like head, shoulders, knees, and toes!
Now that we have had fun moving and talking about our bodies, let’s get ready for some magical stories and songs about our amazing selves! 🎶
