Activity: "I Am" Circle Time

1. Gather in a Circle: Let’s sit together in a big circle, just like a cozy family!

2. Grab a Mirror: I have a special mirror here! When it's your turn, you can look into it. As you look, think about something you really like about yourself.

3. Sharing Time: One by one, everyone will have a turn to say, “I am…” and share what they see in the mirror. For example, "I am kind!" or "I am a great friend!"

Why This is Special:

This is a wonderful way to celebrate who we are! Each time you say something nice about yourself, you’ll feel even happier and more confident!

🎨 Let's Get Creative!

After our circle time, we’re going to make beautiful "I Am" posters!

Supplies You'll Use:

• Colourful markers
• Stickers
• Sparkly glue
• Craft paper

Instructions:

1. Choose a piece of craft paper.
2. Write "I Am…" at the top.
3. Below it, draw a picture of yourself or add stickers that represent you.
4. Write or have someone help you write a few things that make you special underneath!
