Let's Go on a Shape Adventure!

Good morning, little artists! 🎨 Today, we’re going to embark on a magical adventure where shapes come to life! Are you ready? Let’s get started!

⭐ A Mysterious Shape Box

To begin our exploration, I have a special box here called the "Shape Box". Inside this box are different shapes, each with a fabulous tale to tell. Can you hear the whispers? These shapes want to share their secrets with us!

📦 What Do You Think is Inside?

Before we open the box, let’s play a guessing game!

• What shapes do you think we might find inside?
• Can you think of shapes you have seen before? Maybe in a toy or a book?

Take a moment to think, and when I open the box, I want you to shout out the names of any shapes you recognise!

🎉 Let's Open the Box!

Open the box slowly…

Look! Here they are! 🎊 We have a circle, a square, a triangle, and a rectangle!

Let’s hold each shape and talk about them:

• Circle: This shape rolls! Can anyone find something round in the classroom?
• Square: It has straight sides and is like a window! Where else do we see squares?
• Triangle: It has three sides and can be found on rooftops. Can you count to three with me?
• Rectangle: It's everywhere – in books and doors! It has two long sides and two short sides.

🌈 Shape Dance!

Now that we know our shapes, let’s have a FUN shape dance!

1. When I say "Circle", spin around like you’re rolling!
2. When I say "Square", stand tall and make square corners with your arms!
3. For "Triangle", make a pointy shape with your hands above your head!
4. And when I shout "Rectangle", stretch your arms wide – just like a door!
