Good morning, little explorers! Today, we’re going to start our day with a magical adventure into the world of feelings and our personal development. Are you ready to dive into this enchanting journey? Let’s gather around in our circle, and I’ll tell you all about it!
Let’s transform our classroom into an imaginary stage! Each of you will have a chance to show how you feel using your faces and bodies. This is what you’ll do:
Pick a Feeling Card: I have a special stack of feeling cards with different emotions—happy, sad, surprised, and more! You will each pick one card.
Act It Out: Without using words, let your faces and bodies show us what emotion you have! Can you make a big smile for happiness? Or a frown for sadness? Let’s see those acting skills!
Guess the Feeling: Once you’ve acted it out, the rest of us will try to guess what feeling you are showing. This is a fun way to learn about different feelings and how we can express ourselves!
After our Feelings Show, let’s sit back down and talk about what we learned. We can ask questions like:
To wrap up our magical morning, we will each create a “Feelings Rainbow” drawing! You’ll draw and color your feelings using different colors to represent each emotion.
Remember, it’s perfectly okay to have all kinds of feelings, and talking about them is important! Today, you’ve taken a big step in understanding yourself and your friends—keep exploring your feelings every day!
Ready to shine and share your wonderful feelings? Let’s start our adventure together!🌟
