Procedure

- After the presentations, facilitate a class discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of biotechnology.
- Wrap up the lesson by reviewing the main points and key terms covered.
Homework
Choose one of the applications of biotechnology discussed in class and research it further. Write a short report on the history and current uses of this technology, and its potential impact on society and the environment. Be sure to use the key terms discussed in class, and write in complete sentences using proper English grammar and vocabulary.
