• A large, opaque box or bag

How It Works:

2. Mystery Box Reveal: Present the Mystery Box to the class without revealing what's inside. Explain that it contains various food items that belong to different food groups.

3. Guess the Group: Each group will take turns picking one item from the box without looking. After selecting, they will have one minute to discuss and decide which food group they think their item belongs to and why.

4. Class Discussion: Once all groups have gone, we will open the box and reveal the items. Each group will share their guesses, and we’ll correct or confirm them as a class.
