Warm-Up (5 minutes)

- Butt kicks (30 seconds)
- Discussion: Emphasize the importance of warming up to prevent injuries.
Main Activity (15 minutes)
Station Rotations (5 minutes at each station)
Station 1: Running Relay
- Setup: Create a running path with cones spaced 5 meters apart.
- Activity: Students will run from one cone to the other and back while timing each run.
- Objective: Focus on proper running technique, including pumping arms and quick footwork.
Station 2: Jumping Zone
- Setup: Use jump ropes to mark a jumping area.
- Activity: Students will practice two-footed jumps over a line or low barriers.
- Objective: Encourage coordination and balance as students get used to taking off and landing properly.
Station 3: Dodging Drills
- Setup: Create an obstacle course using cones.
- Activity: Students will weave in and out of the cones while dodging a soft ball thrown by a classmate.
