📖 Storytime – "Mouse Shapes"

First, let’s gather around our cozy reading corner for a story! We'll read Mouse Shapes.

(As you read, pause to point out the shapes in the illustrations. Encourage children to shout out the names of the shapes whenever they see them!)

Questions to Ask:

• "What shapes can you see in the story?"
• "Can you find something in our classroom that looks like a circle/square/triangle?"

🎈 Shape Hunt Adventure

After the story, it’s time for some fun!

1. Tell the children: “Now, let’s go on a shape hunt! I have hidden some shapes around the classroom. When you find one, shout out its name and put it in our treasure chest!”

2. Hide large colored paper shapes around the classroom in various spots.
