Lesson Outline
Introduction (5 minutes)
- Begin with a brief discussion about what dance is. Ask students if they have seen or participated in any dances (like at a party or a school event).
- Show them an example of a simple dance move and invite them to imitate it.
Warm-Up (5 minutes)
- Lead the students through a warm-up routine:
- Stretching arms and legs
- Light jogging in place
- Simple arm circles
Main Activity (15 minutes)
