• A magnifying glass.
• Art supplies: papers, pencils, colored markers, and glue.

The Activity: Unbox the Mystery

1. Mystery Box Reveal: Gather around the mystery box! Each student will take turns reaching in without looking and pulling out one object.

2. Observation: Using the magnifying glass, students will examine the object closely and describe its shape and texture to the class. Questions to consider:

   • What shape is it? (Circle, square, triangle, etc.)
   • How does it feel? (Rough, smooth, soft, hard, etc.)
