To kick off our lesson, we will begin with a short story to read aloud:
A Mysterious Message:
A few days ago, a strange letter arrived at our school. It was addressed to you, the brave adventurers of Room 6! Inside the letter were clues to a hidden treasure, but there’s a catch: you can only decipher the clues if you know the secret language of the Parts of Speech!
The Letter Reads:

Your journey begins with a noun. Find the object that is round and bright, shooting across the sky at night. Next, you must seek the action of running fast to dodge the traps. Are you ready to become masters of the Parts of Speech? Let’s embark on this adventure together!
As a follow-up, students will participate in a treasure hunt in the classroom or playground, where they will search for words (nouns, verbs, etc.) hidden around the area. Once they find a word, they will bring it back, identify its part of speech, and collect clues leading to a final treasure!
